What is the Equality Badge?
Rewards -public and private- sector enterprises that stand out for implementing policies of equal treatment and equal opportunities for male and female employees, as well as policies for the prevention and combatting of violence and harassment at work, by granting the Equality Badge.
What are the objectives of the Equality Badge?
Gender equality is not merely a right, but a social necessity. Despite the legal framework, women continue to experience wage and professional inequalities. Gender stereotypes and family responsibilities intensify exclusion. Equality is a fundamental step toward fair employment and sustainable development.
What you need to know
