The methodology places emphasis on <\/span><b>equal treatment and equal opportunities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>pay transparency and pay equality<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>prevention and combatting of violence and harassment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, as well as <\/span><b>work\u2013life balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0(e.g. flexible working arrangements, the right to disconnect, and the Parenting Guide).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"803\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The awarding procedure includes successive stages: a <\/span><b>Call for Expressions of Interest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>online application and declaration of commitment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>completeness check and selection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a <\/span><b>six-month preparation period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0including <\/span><b>training of executives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0and submission of an <\/span><b>Evaluation Dossier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and finally the <\/span><b>award of the Label<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, valid for <\/span><b>two (2) years<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Mandatory criteria include, inter alia, the <\/span><b>maintenance of payroll and employment statistics disaggregated by gender<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>equal representation and promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>policies against violence and harassment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0(differentiated for enterprises with <\/span><b>fewer than or at least 20 employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), <\/span><b>flexible working arrangements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and a <\/span><b>documented Parenting Guide<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For enterprises with <\/span><b>250 or more employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, additional requirements apply (e.g. <\/span><b>gender pay gap below 5%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>comprehensive anti-harassment policy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>equality in career progression<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).
